1×200 bench position band pull aparts  

4×30” L hang flutter kicks 

CARDIO:

10 rounds

1’ ski (90-95% capacity)

10 3 position push up on DB (one DB, one push up with left hand on floor right hand on DB, one push up with both hands on DB, one with right hand on floor and left hand on DB)
