*must go directly into the strict pull ups after completing the set of bench press

3×8 wide grip inverted barbell rows

1×100 tri band towel grip pull downs

4×45” little bigs

Cardio:

5 rounds

20 cal ski

10 toes to bar

5 deficit strict handstand push ups
