You don't have to record in order to become a great athlete, however if you want to maximize your potential as an athlete, using SugarWOD is a must. Recording is much more than writing down the results of your WOD, it’s a collective effort in writing about your nutrition, health, and workouts in your comments. We should consistently be feeling good, looking good, and improving our times, loads, reps, and rounds. If this is not happening and we have kept an accurate record we can find out why or at a minimum adjust the program to figure out a formula that will produce the results we should be achieving. If you want to maximize your potential and are not sure how to effectively use SugarWOD, ask a coach.
