3’ double/triple under practice
30 cal row
3’ BB practice
30 cal ski
3’ DB OH squat mobility work
-If you have double unders already spend three minutes working on triple unders. The BB work can be either working on the snatch or clean and jerk but only using the BB. The DB OH squat work can be done to a bench if you can not squat unassisted.
