40’ HS walk/scale:20’ lateral HS wall walk/scale:3 Box walks
40 double unders/scale:1’ double under attempts
15 hollow rocks
10 candlestick get ups(been seeing some huge improvements in this throughtout classes!)
1’ Plank
2’ mobility

**the point of these workouts are quality of movement, these are not a sprint. Move with a purpose though that doesn’t mean slack off! Remember its open gym as well so if there was something you missed out on that you wanted to do feel free. If you are wondering what to do please remember there is always a coach there for you.
