Switch between running/rowing/or assault bike for 5 minutes at a time.
Every 5' get off and perform one of the following depending on what you would like to work on
-50/75/100 double unders(depending on skill level)
-5 ring or bar muscle ups makes or attempts(can also be a scaling option of MU)
-10 pull ups/10 dips (can be any variation of the two)
-10 t2b or t2ring
-10 HSPU (can be any variation of modification: HS hold, HS walk, negatives)
-3 Rope climbs (or modification of the rope climb)
