I started Oceanside CrossFit back in December 2017 and I love it. I’ve had two babies and was able to continue my quest for fitness during both pregnancies, even setting personal records. I love that CrossFit has allowed me to keep my athletic abilities by easily scaling during pregnancy and postpartum.

Being a mom to two young active boys is challenging and there are days I am extremely exhausted, but I feel so much better when I get into the gym, hit the workout, and find encouragement from the community. I have made some amazing friends and even have recruited family members.

I look forward to reaching new goals and hitting new PR’s in the near future!
