Ever since I was little my mom called me "lightning in a bottle" due to the fact she could never get me to sit still.  This endless stream of energy transitioned into athletics as I played soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, softball, and track.  I decided at a young age I wanted to become a Marine for their extreme fitness and discipline.  Once in the Marine Corps, I bounced around from lifting to triathlons but was never satisfied.  Sometime in 2011 I was exposed to Crossfit by fellow Marines and decided to give it a go.  After Fight Gone Bad, for some sadistic reason, I was hooked.  In 2012 I officially joined my first Crossfit box, got my Level 1 Coaching Certification, and have been learning ever since.  My passion is to coach and push people past their own perceived limitations.  I'm honored to be apart of the Oceanside Crossfit community and cannot wait to grow with everyone!
